Hey Family,
I thought some of you might like to follow along with William in his travels and studies while in France for a year of school at the university of Bordeaux. He is providing narative and pictures on occaision at this site:
http://www.guyinfrance.com/
If you know the language, comment on his blog entries in French and force the rest of us to use the Goggle translator to figure out what you are saying.
Cheers.
Peter

The slide show of memories from the BIG Party are now in the Gallery
Please note that the URl above has changed slightly.
Once again , the album is there for your fun and enjoyment. Feel free to share the URL with any friends or family who might enjoy browsing the memories. Especially those who were not able to make the festivities in Vancouver.
I have posted some snapshots that I took before and during the festivities. I'd be glad to add more if any one sends them to me.
Love to all,
Peter

Sorry, I had a problem with only partial pictures loaded. In trying to fix it last night i had to delete the album and try to start over. Then the start over didn't work correctly either.
Patience, they will be up soon.

Looking forward to the addition of the pictures from Bill and Joy's anniversary party. It was so wonderful to have the reunions and in some cases to meet people for the first time! Sorry I couldn't make it to the house afterwards for more visiting. Best wishes, Jennifer and kids....
Ready to go! World Cup am Deutschland!

Greetings,
It is now 4 days til our (William and Peter) flight takes off for Berlin, after a short stop at Heathrow. Gretchen and Den will follow about an hour and a half later. We join up at Heathrow for our flight to Berlin/Tegel. We plan a week in World Cup frenzy. The day after we arrive Germany plays Ecuador. We don't have tickets but expect that if we can't get in the Stadium that we will enjoy the Jumbotron in Brandenburg Square. Some historical sightseeing is planned for landmark sites in and arround Berlin and a day trip perhaps to Rostock and hamburg where we may investigate some of the Armerding roots. Friday the 23rd is our big Football day with tickets to the match between Tunisia and Ukraine. Then early the next morning Peter and William set off for Prague on the train while Gretchen and Den have another day in Berlin before flying home. William and Peter will spend 2 days each in Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, Mittersill and Munich and fly home on the 5th of July.
Wish you could all be with us!
